CHRISTCHURCH: the installation service in Christchurch is provided by our affiliated partner Protect Auto Electrics & Installation Specialists, address 472 Blenheim Road, Sockburn, Christchurch, 02040491920
TAURANGA: the installation service in Tauranga is provided by our affiliated partner Paul King's Video And Electrical Ltd, +64 27 392 6557. It's a mobile service and done at customer's address in Tauranga and nearest suburbs.
Terms and conditions:
- Free installation is valid for head units purchased on our website. Additional gear installation (such as new reverse cameras, dashcams, speakers, etc) is not included in this promotion. The exisitng reverse camera is connected at no extra cost

Customers are advised to book their installation appointment in advance to secure their preferred installation date and time. The installation time will be set up by agreement with our affiliated installers, and we will make every effort to accommodate the customer's preferred time, but we cannot guarantee availability.

Our mobile technician will come to the customer's location to perform the installation. The customer is responsible for providing a safe and suitable location for the installation.

The free installation service is valid only for Daiko X, PRO and ULTRA models, purchased from our this website during the promotion period, and the promotion is available only in Auckland, Tauranga and Christchurch. Please see the eligible units below.

The free installation service is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.

The free installation service is provided by our certified and trained professionals. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure the installation is performed correctly and safely. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to the customer's vehicle during the installation process.

The free installation service does not cover any repairs or modifications to the customer's vehicle that may be required to install the car stereo. Any such repairs or modifications will be the customer's responsibility and will be charged separately.

Customers who wish to cancel their order after the installation appointment has been scheduled must provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- The installation cost is not covered by our 30-days money back guarantee policy.

We reserve the right to refuse the installation of a car stereo if we believe that it is not safe or appropriate for the customer's vehicle.
